Uniflex Steel Strapping

Uniflex steel strapping are cold-rolled, low carbon strapping, designed for light to medium-duty applications. Engineered to deliver higher break strength per pound than competitive steel strapping with local service and technical support. Superior edge conditioning will lower maintenance costs for tooling and provide increased safety for employees and customers.

Features and Benefits

• Painted and waxed
  Painted and waxed steel strapping is the most widely used strapping in all applications. The waxed property improves tension transmission around load corners, while the paint improves corrosion resistance.
• Zinc painted and waxed
  Zinc finish strapping is waxed and has a zinc-enriched coating to provide outstanding resistance to rust. It has the same improved tension transmission characteristics as painted and waxed strapping.

  Superflex Steel Strapping

  Superflex strapping is a cold-rolled, heat-treated, medium carbon steel strapping that provides high tensile strength and excellent shock resistance. Manufactured to the most exacting tolerances, it provides uncompromising quality and packaging effectiveness for the heaviest-duty applications.

  Available in three finishes, each Magnus strapping product line is specially formulated to meet the demands of a range of tensioning methods, sealing devices and packaging applications.

Superflex– High Tensile is used in heavy-duty applications that require high strength, high impact resistance and excellent ductility. Manufactured from special medium-carbon and high-RANGE OF STEEL STRAP, COLD ROLLED AND LOW CARBON FOR MEDIUM DUTY APPLICATIONSmanganese steel coils, it is specially heat treated through a patented process. The result of this process is a product combining the fine surface and controlling physical properties of the cold rolled strap with excellent ductility and shock resistance. It is ideal to unitize and secure loads in heavy to extreme duty applications.

Sieger deals with steel strap is manufactured from their own high-grade cold rolled coils under strict quality controls, ensuring a production in compliance with international standards. Quality procedures are maintained from raw material to manufacture up to the finished product.

The manufacturere holds the International Quality Certificate ISO 9001:2000.

Can be delivered in approx 50 Kg Rolls or Palletised Packing or as per customer requirements. Jumbo Coils 250- 450 Kg Coils.
