MEDIUM CARBON AND HIGH MANGANESE STEEL STRAP DESIGNED FOR HEAVY DUTY APPLICATION

Superflex– High Tensile is used in heavy-duty applications that require high strength, high impact resistance and excellent ductility. Manufactured from special medium-carbon and high-RANGE OF STEEL STRAP, COLD ROLLED AND LOW CARBON FOR MEDIUM DUTY APPLICATIONSmanganese steel coils, it is specially heat treated through a patented process. The result of this process is a product combining the fine surface and controlling physical properties of the cold rolled strap with excellent ductility and shock resistance. It is ideal to unitize and secure loads in heavy to extreme duty applications.

Sieger deals with steel strap that is manufactured from its own high-quality cold rolled coils under strict quality controls, ensuring a production in compliance with international standards. Quality procedures are maintained from raw material to manufacture up to the finished product.

Unfilex ™

 

Cold Rolled Low Carbon Steel Strap

Uniflex™ is a cold-rolled and low-carbon steel strap used to reinforce, unitize, bundle and palletize loads in medium-duty applications. Sieger deals with steel strap is manufactured from their own high-grade cold rolled coils under strict quality controls, ensuring a production in compliance with international standards. Quality procedures are maintained from raw material to manufacture up to the finished product.

The manufacturere holds the International Quality Certificate ISO 9001:2000.

Can be delivered in approx 50 Kg Rolls or Palletised Packing or as per customer requirements. Jumbo Coils 250- 450 Kg Coils.

SK1 model is absolutely one of the top sealer machines in our range!

 

SK1 model is a semi-automatic “Fixed Format” case sealer: it means that all the adjustments needed to use the machine in a correct way are done manually and for this reason it is used for long runs with same box dimensions.

The machine apply automatically two self-adhesive tape stripes on the upper and lower boxes middle line. The SK1 adjustment and use are intuitive, simple and fast. Installation is extremely fast and thanks to the casters with brake (option), fixed on the four legs, you could easily move it all over the workplace.

 

 

The box is transported through the taping system by 2 bottom driven belts with high grip: it allows to have a perfect controlled box transportation through taping heads.

Manual adjustment of side guides by handles to ensure the correct boxes conveyance through the taping machine.

 

Once the machine has been installed, push the START button and you will seal all your boxes at a speed up to 1200 boxes/hour for many, many years!
